Who we are
BloxTemplates sells and shares Roblox game templates and assets. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your Roblox account (when you sign in). Through Roblox's official sign-in (OAuth) we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar picture. We never see or store your Roblox password.
- Purchase details. When you buy, Stripe processes your payment. We receive the product you bought, the amount, the date and the email you entered at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
- Download records. We record when you download a purchased product and how many downloads you have used.
How we use it
- To show your profile and keep you signed in.
- To link purchases to your account so you can find your receipts and downloads.
- To deliver files, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We also store your Terms of Service acceptance in your browser's local storage. Sign-in cookies are only set when you choose to sign in.
Who we share it with
- Roblox, to sign you in.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores its data.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase and download records for as long as needed to provide your downloads, handle disputes, and meet legal or tax obligations. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.
Your choices
- You can sign out at any time from the account menu.
- You can ask us to delete your account information by contacting us. Some purchase records may be kept where required by law.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to sign in or buy from BloxTemplates.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
